We offer local in person training sessions for all players 13U - 18U, as well as remote training programs for advanced players of all ages.
In Person Group Sessions
CV Sport Performance will be offering baseball specific group training sessions. Sessions are aimed at improving athletes quickness, speed, strength, and agility in a fun and challenging environment.
In person group programs will be led by coaches Adam McKillican and Thomas Green and are available for sign up on our registration page.
Remote Programming
CV Sport is also offering remote strength training programs with coach Adam McKillican.
