Remote Speed & Strength Training w/ Coach Adam
The Program:
All training will be programmed individually based on the athlete’s specific goals, experience, growth areas and access to equipment.
-Access to video demonstrations of specific movements
-Access to texting 5 days a week for questions and feedback
-5-10 minute phone call to go over questions once / week
Programming consists of:
-3 Baseball specific workouts /week
-5 days of arm care exercises /week
-3 days of plyometric/speed work /week
-Baseball specific active warm up
Pricing: Remote programming will be starting at $120/month with a minimum 3 month commitment. This not only lets me know that the athlete is serious about getting better and putting in the work but is a realistic timeline to see results.
